This time to the course organizer of one of my first year courses. It's pretty self-explanatory.
Dear Mrs. Harvey,
I'm sure you will agree that the university takes plagiarism very seriously. However, I just noticed that the information on page 37 of the Medical Biology 1 course guide starting "A WHR of 0.7 for women..." and ending "testicular cancers" is directly copied from the relevant wikipedia page ([link] and uncited.
I don't mean this to be overly nit-picky, but shouldn't the same standard apply to the course organizers as to the students? Shouldn't the course book set a good example?
